Commercial Account Executive (New Business)
Job Description
We are currently recruiting for a well-known brand of an ambitious broking group, who now seek to appoint several new Commercial Account Executives, to come on board to drive the acquisition of commercial lines business for them.
They are keen to speak to you if you have a new business track record handling anything from Commercial SME up to mid market and corporate clients.
Full Account Handling support will also be provided, with a team of very experienced Handlers.
In order to be considered for this role, you will need to have at least five years commercial insurance experience in a similar role, ideally being at least Cert CII qualified (though this part is not essential). You will also need to be proven new business producer, and confident in dealing with all major classes of commercial insurance – property, business interruption, liabilities, professional indemnity, etc. Experience of using Acturis would also be a bonus.
On offer is a basic salary of £50-70k + Company Car or Car allowance and 20% bonus on anything above monthly premium targets as well as shares available as a reward for new business targets being hit. They also offer 25 days holiday + BH, company pension, PMI and death in service
Office hours are Monday to Friday – 9am to 5pm, with 2 days in the office and 3 remotely.
