IBA Accounts Technician

We are currently working closely with a slick MGA in the City who are looking to bring on board a new part time IBA Accounts Technician.

They want to speak to you if you have at least 2 years experience working in an IBA role for a Lloyds Broker or MGA and seek someone to work 3 days/25 hours per week.

The position involves executing an array of finance related tasks alongside the Finance Manager within the middle office/accounting team of the group, dealing with cash matching, allocation & reconciliation, credit control  – chasing outstanding premium and requesting breakdowns for un-reconciled receipts and allocating to entries once received, filing of all relevant documentation such as bank statements, remittance advices and correspondence.

To be considered you will need at least 2 years IBA accounts experience, and this firm actively encourage applications from return to work mums and dads who are looking for a part time role and return to the insurance market.

In return, the salary on offer is £24-26k pro rata, plus benefits which include a Pension, electric car scheme, x4 salary life cover, PMI and 2/3 of salary permanent disability cover for 5 years.
