This business offer excellent training and development for all their staff in a warm and friendly environment. They are now looking for someone to join them in their Wickham office (Near Fareham) as a Claims and Customer Service Handler.
Working on a team of 5, you’ll be responsible for processing insurance claims within your authority, for all customers, in accordance with company claims standards. To investigate, consult on and process claims, within licensed authority, applying criteria to prevent loss and fraud. You will handle all claims in the business reporting back to the management team weekly on claims KPI’s.
Energetic and enthusiastic, you’re passionate not pushy when it comes to cross selling and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with your clients. A fantastic team player, you’ll do everything you can to make a real difference to the team from day one. Welcomes challenging goals and takes ownership of personal development. Provide innovative ideas and challenge self and others to achieve higher levels of quality and output to achieve great results for the business.
To be considered for this role, you will ideally need at least 6 months claims experience, gained in a professional insurance business, with a minimum of 5 GCSE’s A-C, including English and Maths. (Although A-Levels are preferred though not essential)

Office hours are 8:45am to 5:15pm and the salary on offer is £24-26,000 basic depending on experience, plus bonuses after probation and some great perks, which includes 24 days holiday to start, as well as an extra “wellness” day available each year and a pension.
