Great opportunity now available to join a leading Chartered Insurance Broker who primarily deal with charities, not-for-profit groups, churches, community groups and other voluntary organisations with ‘social goals’.
This broker is growth focussed and expanding rapidly, and as such are seeking an Insurance Broker to join them in their office in Croydon, and they have a genuine desire to see their staff succeed, grow and progress within the company.
This is a superb opportunity within their client management broking team, who deal with existing clients, looking after their insurance portfolios.
The team is responsible for providing a “best in class” broking service, handling renewals and mid-term adjustments, as well as some occasional new business.
As such they need someone who has at least 1-2 years insurance experience, to join them to help work on an array of commercial accounts! They are happy to consider those already in a commercial insurance role, as well as those in personal lines who want to make a move into a commercia role.
On offer is a competitive basic salary (£25-30k) with structured monthly and annual incentive schemes (circa £2300 p.a) as well as a company pension scheme. A financial support scheme to obtain professional CII qualifications is also available. They also offer flexible home working of up to 4 days a week.
