A forward-thinking Insurance firm, based in Sevenoaks are now seeking to bring on a new Employee Benefits Administrator.

You will get to work on and handle policy renewal, inception, MTAs, and claims and to provide a high level of customer service to all clients within their Employee benefits team.
You will be required to resolve customer queries and complaints in a timely and professional manner, handle mid-term adjustments & renewal processing, claims handling for sick pay, personal accident, and life insurances, issuing policy documentation, certificates & claim forms as required.
As well as this there will be the opportunity to work on Bordereaux production & checking and assisting the Finance team with reconciliations.
We would be keen to speak to you if you have at least 1 year’s experience in an insurer or B2B broker in a customer service or admin-based role.
If you hold the Cert CII or are part qualified this would be a distinct advantage, but by no means is this essential. Customer services experience is also desirable. Again, no Employee benefits experience is needed as full training will be provided. What they are really looking for is right person with a great attitude and the ability and desire to develop into this role.
In return, the salary on offer is up to £25k, plus performance related bonus of 10% of salary. This role is office based but with the flexibility to work from home Wednesday – Friday.

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
