Job Description

Small niche insurance brokers who are part of a larger group now seek a new client admin superstar for their office in Sevenoaks.

Working directly for the MD here you will carry out a range of PA & Secretarial duties as well as dealing with insurance policy administration. This role will offer long term progression too, with a view to get you into a Client Exec role in a few years, so a genuinely exciting opportunity for someone here.

You will look at the MD’s diary, as well as being responsible for typing up emails to clients and insurers from him that will be passed to you as handwritten notes.

You will also look after administration for the business, supporting the MD and 3 Client Execs with the issue of policy documents and general insurance related admin, acting as first point of contact for client and insurer queries by managing the team inboxes, taking inbound phone calls, and processing policy documents, Bordereaux’s, Lineslips and Binder documentation.

This broker specialises in Jewellers block insurance, so this is an opportunity to learn and develop in a really niche area of the insurance market.

To be considered you will need at least 1-2 years experience, within an administrative or office-based role within the insurance industry and keen to utilise these skills while developing your career.

You will need to be self-motivated and able to prioritise your own workload within relevant time frames and meeting realistic deadlines.

They would also love you to have experience working with Acturis, but also still happy to meet people who are willing and able to understand systems and lead their own learning.

You will be rewarded with a starting salary of £27-30k, dependant on experience and a free car parking space provided at the office.
