Job Description
A well-established insurance group who handles both personal and commercial insurance products, now have several excellent opportunities for those with at least 1-2 years insurance experience to join them. The role sits within their sales and service team, based at their Bristol office.
The purpose of the role is to provide quotations for New commercial clients for Taxi, Motor Trade and general commercial insurance, and to assist the Branch and be a referral point for the Assistants. The role requires dealing with clients over the phone and via e-mail to ensure retention and sales targets are maximised, through the provision of efficient communication & negotiation skills.
We are keen to hear from you if you are analytical, pay great attention to detail, self-motivated, driven & can deliver excellent customer service whilst adhering to your individual underwriting authority limits. You may only have previous experience as a broker but as long as you are willing to learn, the company is happy to train you on the underwriting side of things.
You must have at least 1 years + insurance experience, gained at either a broker or insurer, ideally with commercial insurance, however they will also look at those who are experienced handling personal lines and looking for a change.
A competitive basic salary, plus bonuses (around £5-8,000 per annum, available after probation period) with 25 days holiday to start.
Working hours are Monday to Friday 9am-5pm.
