This broker is now looking for Commercial Manager, where your personality matters more than conformity. They are not a faceless giant with a trashy tagline; they celebrate diverse personalities from various walks of life. They will consider those already in a management role as well as experienced Account Handlers if you feel ready to take the next step in your insurance career.
You will be the number 2 here, reporting into the Managing Director, and being responsible for the day to day management of the office, which currently has a team of 3, handling and managing an existing bank of clients, focusing on renewals and being the go to technical lead in the office.
To be considered you will need a minimum 5 years of commercial experience with exceptional technical knowledge, with a hunger for success and a unique personality.
As above Team leadership experience would be great, but they are also keen to you if you have management aspirations if you have the technical knowledge they are looking for. This will need to be general commercial expertise across Commercial Combined, Property Owners, PL, EL, PI, Fleet and Motor Trade to name a few.
Acturis experience is also highly sought after, with you be able to develop personal Insurer relationships.

A competitive salary is on offer to reflect experience, starting at £40,000 up to £50,000 with an annual bonus available depending on company and individual performance.

Office hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5:30pm, with 4 days a week in the office.
